A center shaft mechanism inserted into the axis of a flywheel body is fixedly screwed and installed in a support of an axis base through a bolt; a plurality of sets of calibration through grooves are formed in the plate face of the hoisting panel in the swing direction of the two sets of rotary swing arms, and a plurality of sets of fastening screw holes are formed in the positions, right opposite to ports of the calibration through grooves, of arm rod ends of the rotary swing arms. The diesel engine flywheel lifting device replaces a traditional mode that bolts serve as diesel engine flywheel lifting fulcrums, the center shaft mechanism and the center shaft of the flywheel body are fixed in an inserted mode, the fastening screw holes in the rotating swing arm and the mounting through holes in the flywheel body are fixed through the bolts again, and the diesel engine flywheel lifting device can be used for lifting a diesel engine flywheel without adding external parts. A hoisting fulcrum is provided for the flywheel body, and the situation that rotation inertia of the flywheel body is not uniform due to external parts can be reduced.
本发明涉及柴油机安装技术领域,公开了一种船用柴油机飞轮吊装工具和方法,所述轴心座的支座内部螺栓拧固安装有插合于飞轮本体轴心内部的中心轴机构,所述吊装面板的板面沿两组旋转摆臂的摆动方向分别排布开设有多组校准通槽,且旋转摆臂的臂杆端正对于多组校准通槽的端口处开设有多组紧固螺孔。本发明取代了传统利用螺栓作为柴油机飞轮起吊支点的方式,通过利用中心轴机构与飞轮本体中心轴的插合固定,以及利用旋转摆臂上紧固螺孔与飞轮本体上安装通孔的再次螺栓固定,能够在不加装外部零部件的情况下,为飞轮本体提供起吊支点,够降低外部零部件对飞轮本体造成的转动惯性不均的情况。
