The invention discloses an unfolding mechanism of a variable-configuration wing, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft design, the unfolding mechanism comprises a power mechanism for driving the variable-configuration wing to change the configuration and a transmission structure connected with the variable-configuration wing, the transmission structure comprises an upper cone, a lower cone, an outer cone sleeve and a rocker arm, the outer cone sleeve is of a fixedly arranged hollow structure, and the rocker arm is of a hollow structure. The inner diameters of the conical cavities are sequentially increased from the middle to the two ends to form an upper conical cavity and a lower conical cavity respectively; the lower cone, the upper cone and the rocker arm are fixedly connected into a whole and are rotatably connected in the outer cone sleeve, the lower cone is connected with the variable-configuration wing, the rocker arm is connected with the output end of the power mechanism, and the rocker arm rotates around the axis of the conical surface under the action of the power mechanism so as to drive the variable-configuration wing to synchronously rotate to change the configuration. Through the design of the conical surface sliding bearing structure, the gap between the wing and the fuselage can be effectively eliminated under the condition that the cross-shaped wing rotates relative to the fuselage, and it is ensured that the pneumatic configuration is accurate.

    本发明公开了一种可变构型机翼的展开机构,属于飞行器设计技术领域,包括用于驱动可变构型机翼变换构型的动力机构和与可变构型机翼连接的传动结构,所述传动结构包括上锥、下锥、外锥套、摇臂,所述外锥套为固定设置的中空结构,其内径由中间朝两端依次增大,分别形成上锥腔和下锥腔;所述下锥、上锥和摇臂连接固定为一个整体,可转动地连接在外锥套内,所述下锥与可变构型机翼连接,所述摇臂与动力机构的输出端连接,在动力机构的作用下摇臂绕锥面轴线旋转从而带动可变构型机翼同步旋转改变构型。本发明通过锥面滑动轴承结构的设计,在实现十字翼相对机身转动的情况下,能有效消除机翼‑机身之间的间隙,确保气动构型准确。
