The invention discloses a folding and unfolding unit mechanism based on a linear driving expandable array, the minimum unit of the folding and unfolding mechanism is a planar six-rod mechanism, the folding and unfolding mechanism comprises a driving rod, a supporting rod, a long connecting rod, a driven rod and an expandable module composed of two common connecting rods, and conversion from transverse reciprocating linear motion to radial reciprocating folding and unfolding motion can be achieved; wherein the expandable module can be freely expanded to the two sides of the mechanism according to actual supporting requirements, and the overall performance of the mechanism is not affected. Meanwhile, the device is further suitable for an annular array combination mode, and radial folding and unfolding of the connecting rods in the circumferential direction in the radius direction are achieved. Compared with a traditional folding and unfolding mechanism, the folding and unfolding mechanism is stable in unfolding process, free of transverse movement, simple in structure, high in transmission efficiency and capable of expanding an array, and the application range of the traditional folding and unfolding mechanism is widened.

    本发明公开了一种基于直线驱动可拓展阵列的收展单元机构,所述收展机构最小单元为平面六杆机构,包括原动杆、撑杆、长连杆、从动杆以及由两个普通连杆组成的可拓展模块,能够实现从横向往复直线运动到径向往复收展运动的转化;其中可拓展模块能够根据实际支撑需求向机构两侧自由拓展,且不影响机构整体的性能。同时,本发明还适用于环形阵列组合方式,实现周向各连杆沿半径方向辐射式收展。相较于传统收展机构,该机构展开过程平稳、无横向窜动,结构简单,传动效率高且可拓展阵列,扩大了传统收展机构的应用范围。
