The invention provides a three-dimensional interactive arrangement design method for a ship anchor system, which comprises the following steps: S1, according to an initial anchor system arrangement scheme, creating a ship bow structure in CATIA (Computer-graphics Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application), and completing parametric modeling of a hawse pipe, an anchor table and an anchor mouth; s2, generating an anchor, an anchor chain and a chain controller in the NX; s3, a bow structure, a hawse pipe, an anchor table and an anchor mouth are guided into the NX and assembled and positioned with an anchor, an anchor chain and a chain controller, and an anchor system assembly model is obtained; s4, motion simulation analysis of the anchor system is completed; s5, judging whether the analysis result meets the ship design requirement or not, and if the requirement is met, determining an anchor system arrangement scheme; if the analysis result does not meet the requirement, optimizing the anchor system according to the analysis result, and performing motion simulation analysis on the optimized anchor system until the analysis result of the optimized anchor system meets the requirement so as to determine a final anchor system arrangement scheme; according to the method, analysis and optimization of an anchor system arrangement scheme are realized through an interaction function of CATIA and NX, and the problems of relatively high cost and relatively long period caused by traditional wood pattern test optimization are effectively solved.

    本发明提供了一种船舶锚系的三维交互布置设计方法,包括:S1、根据初始锚系布置方案,在CATIA中创建船艏结构,并完成锚链筒、锚台和锚唇的参数化建模;S2、在NX中生成锚、锚链和掣链器;S3、将船艏结构、锚链筒、锚台、锚唇导入NX中,与锚、锚链和掣链器进行装配定位,获得锚系装配模型;S4、完成锚系的运动仿真分析;S5、判断分析结果是否满足船舶设计要求,若满足要求,确定锚系布置方案;若不满足要求,根据分析结果优化锚系,并对优化后锚系进行运动仿真分析,直至优化后锚系的分析结果满足要求,以确定最终的锚系布置方案;本发明通过CATIA与NX的交互功能实现锚系布置方案的分析和优化,有效克服传统木模试验优化导致的成本较高、周期较长的问题。
