A flat-bottomed and downwards-opened air cushion bin is designed at the bottom of the flat-bottomed ship, and the air cushion bin has the advantages that an air cushion elastically bears the weight of the whole ship body, the direct contact between the ship bottom and water is isolated through the air cushion, and the resistance of the water is reduced. And the other characteristic is that only one gravity center line (ballasting stone line) on a common ship is changed into two ballasting stone lines on a novel flat-bottomed ship, and two ballasting stone lines are respectively designed on two sides of the ship, so that the advantage of storm resistance of the double-body connected ship is obtained, the operation is more stable, the air leakage of the air cushion bin at the bottom of the ship is less, and more energy is saved. The third characteristic is that the bow and the sides are wrapped with a layer of bubbles, direct contact between the bow and the sides and the water is isolated, direct contact between the bottom and the water is also isolated through a bottom air cushion, the whole ship sails in the bubbles, and the ship runs faster and saves more energy. 本专利公开了一种新型平底船设计思想,船头设计成稍有上翘子弹头形,像高铁列车头整个翻个180度;平底船船底设计有一个长方形的空气仓也叫气垫仓;船邦为直立平板;船尾按常规设计;船头尖劈也常规设计。在平底船船底设计一个平底的、向下开放的气垫仓是本专利的第一个特色,气垫仓好处是,一、气垫有弹性的承受整个船体的重量,二、气垫隔离开了船底与水的直接接触,减小水的阻力。另一个特色是将普通船上只有一条重心线(压仓石线),在新型平底船上变为两条压仓石线,分别在船两边各设计一条压仓石线,获得了双体连体船抗风浪的优势,运行得更稳,船底气垫仓泄气更少、更节能了。第三个特色是给船头、船邦上包裹一层气泡,隔离开了船头船邦与水的直接接触,加上船底气垫也隔离了船底与水的直接接触,使整船航行在气泡中,船跑得更快更节能。第四个特色是使用了防堵孔技术。对于本来在内河航行的货运、客运平底船,只要按本专利加装四边气垫围边,再加一个小小空气压缩机,就能实现节能和跑得快。
