The invention relates to the technical field of battery replacement of electric vehicles, in particular to an anti-loosening battery replacement battery box. The anti-loosening battery replacement battery box comprises a battery frame, a battery pack, a vehicle-mounted frame, a bolt locking assembly, a first anti-loosening device and a second anti-loosening device. The battery frame is of a hollow frame structure; the battery pack is detachably connected with the battery frame; the bolt locking assembly comprises a retaining seat, a screw rod and anti-loose teeth; the screw rod is movably connected with the retaining seat; the anti-loosening teeth are arranged on the peripheral side of the screw rod; the holder is fixedly connected with the battery frame; the threaded end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the vehicle-mounted frame; the first anti-loosening device is detachably connected with the peripheral side wall of the retaining seat; the second anti-loosening device is detachably connected with the peripheral side wall of the retaining seat; and when the screw rod is in threaded connection with the vehicle-mounted frame to attach the battery frame to the vehicle-mounted frame, the first anti-loosening device or the second anti-loosening device is clamped and locked in the groove of the anti-loosening tooth. Therefore, the problem that the locking screw of the battery box is loosened in a chassis battery replacement mode is solved.

    本发明涉及电动车辆换电技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种防松换电电池箱。防松换电电池箱包括电池框架、电池组、车载框架、螺栓锁紧组件、第一防松装置、第二防松装置。电池框架设置成中空的框架结构;电池组与电池框架可拆卸连接;螺栓锁紧组件包括保持座、螺杆、防松齿;螺杆与保持座活动连接;防松齿设置在螺杆外周侧;保持座与电池框架固定连接;螺杆的螺纹端与车载框架螺纹连接;第一防松装置与保持座周侧壁可拆卸连接;第二防松装置与保持座周侧壁可拆卸连接;螺杆与车载框架螺纹连接将电池框架与车载框架贴合时,第一防松装置或第二防松装置卡锁在防松齿的凹槽内。这样就解决了底盘换电方式电池箱锁紧螺杆松动的问题。
