The invention relates to an electric vehicle thermal management system and an electric vehicle. The electric vehicle thermal management system comprises a motor cooling loop and a refrigerant loop. The motor cooling loop comprises an oil cooler, an electronic oil pump, a motor and an oil refrigerant heat exchanger which are connected in series; the refrigerant loop comprises an outdoor heat exchanger, a refrigerant proportional valve, a first electromagnetic valve, a battery cold plate, a one-way valve, a gas-liquid separator, a compressor, a second electromagnetic valve, a second stop valve, a third electromagnetic valve and an evaporator; the compressor, the second electromagnetic valve, the outdoor heat exchanger, the second stop valve, the third electromagnetic valve, the evaporator, the gas-liquid separator and the compressor are connected in series to form a passenger compartment cooling sub-loop; the outdoor heat exchanger is further connected with the gas-liquid separator through the refrigerant proportional valve and the oil refrigerant heat exchanger to form a motor enhanced cooling sub-loop. And the refrigerant proportional valve is also connected with the gas-liquid separator through the first electromagnetic valve, the battery cold plate and the one-way valve to form a battery cooling sub-loop. According to the invention, the short circuit risk caused by cooling liquid leakage is solved.

    本发明涉及一种电动车热管理系统及电动车,包括电机冷却回路和制冷剂回路;电机冷却回路包括串联的油冷器、电子油泵、电机和油冷媒换热器;制冷剂回路包括室外换热器、冷媒比例阀、第一电磁阀、电池冷板、单向阀、气液分离器、压缩机、第二电磁阀、第二截止阀、第三电磁阀和蒸发器;压缩机、第二电磁阀、室外换热器、第二截止阀、第三电磁阀、蒸发器、气液分离器和压缩机相串联形成乘员舱冷却子回路;室外换热器还经冷媒比例阀、油冷媒换热器与气液分离器连接形成电机增强冷却子回路;冷媒比例阀还经第一电磁阀、电池冷板、单向阀与气液分离器连接形成电池冷却子回路。本发明解决了冷却液泄露引起的短路风险。
