The power assembly comprises a motor assembly, an electric control assembly, a reduction gearbox assembly and a drive axle assembly. The power assembly further comprises a shell, a containing space is formed in the shell, and the motor assembly, the electric control assembly, the reduction gearbox assembly and the drive axle assembly are at least partially arranged in the containing space. The volume of the containing space is set to be V1, the output power of the power assembly is set to be P, and the ratio of the volume VI of the containing space to the total output power P of the power assembly is set to be larger than or equal to 0.125 cm < 3 >/w and smaller than or equal to 0.4 cm < 3 >/w. Through high-integration-level arrangement of part of the transmission system and part of the driving system, the power output of the electric all-terrain vehicle can be increased, the assembling cost is reduced, and the assembling space of the whole vehicle is increased.
