The magnetic flux leakage phenomenon of a rotor permanent magnetic field passing through the magnetic isolation bridge can be remarkably suppressed, the magnetic flux leakage flux density at the magnetic isolation bridge is reduced, and the utilization rate of the permanent magnets is increased, so that the quality of the output torque of the motor can be improved on the basis of improving the performance of the motor, the torque pulsation is suppressed, and high power density and high efficiency are realized.

    本申请提供了一种转子冲片、转子、电机、电动助力转向系统和车辆,转子冲片包括冲片本体和多个永磁体槽,冲片本体上设有轴孔,多个永磁体槽围绕轴孔间隔设置在冲片本体上,多个永磁体槽中每个永磁体槽包括相互连通的永磁体段和隔磁段,永磁体段用于容置转子的永磁体,位于隔磁段与冲片本体的外周沿之间的部分冲片本体为隔磁桥,其中,永磁体段的宽度W1、隔磁桥的宽度W2和极对数P满足,0.5≤(W2×P/W1)≤0.9。本申请能够显著抑制转子永磁磁场通过隔磁桥的漏磁现象,减小了隔磁桥处的漏磁磁密,增大了永磁体的利用率,从而能够在提高电机性能的基础上提升电机输出转矩的品质,抑制转矩脉动,实现高功率密度和高效率。
