The invention provides a system and a method for reducing eddy current loss for wireless power transmission electromagnetic shielding. The system comprises a shielding layer, a first ferrite layer, a second ferrite layer, a receiving coil and a transmitting coil, the transmitting coil and the receiving coil are both spirally wound, the transmitting coil is located below the receiving coil, and the transmitting coil is aligned with the receiving coil; the first ferrite layer is positioned below the transmitting coil; the second ferrite layer is positioned above the receiving coil; the shielding layer is over the second ferrite layer. The wireless charging system has the beneficial effects that eddy current loss in the system is effectively reduced, the transmission efficiency of the system is improved, and the wireless charging safety of an electric vehicle user is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种无线电能传输电磁屏蔽用的降低涡流损耗系统及方法,包括屏蔽层、第一铁氧体层、第二铁氧体层、接收线圈、发射线圈;发射线圈、接收线圈都为螺旋式绕制,发射线圈位于接收线圈下方,并且发射线圈与接收线圈对齐;第一铁氧体层位于发射线圈下方;第二铁氧体层位于接收线圈上方;屏蔽层位于第二铁氧体层上方。本发明有益效果:有效减小系统中的涡流损耗,提高系统传输效率,保障电动汽车用户的无线充电安全。
