The invention discloses a hydraulic capstan control valve testing device, which comprises an oil supply tank and a simulation load module, and is characterized in that the oil supply tank is connected with one end of an oil inlet path and one end of an oil return path, and the other end of the oil inlet path is connected with an oil inlet of a tested control valve arranged in a tested area; an oil supply module used for pushing hydraulic oil to circulate is arranged on the oil inlet oil way, the simulation load module is provided with a first load oil port and a second load oil port, the first load oil port and the second load oil port are respectively connected with a control oil way of a tested control valve, and a throttling valve is arranged in the simulation load module. The two ends of the throttle valve are respectively communicated with the first load oil port and the second load oil port through oil ways, and the other end of the oil return way is used for being connected with an oil return port of the tested control valve. The invention aims to provide a testing device which is small in size and can simulate detection of feedback of a hydraulic capstan control valve under various conditions.

    本发明公开了一种液压绞盘控制阀的测试装置,包括供油箱和模拟负载模块,供油箱上与进油油路的一端及回油油路的一端相连接,进油油路的另一端与设置在被试区域的被试控制阀的进油口相连接,进油油路上设置用于推动液压油循环的供油模块,模拟负载模块设置第一负载油口和第二负载油口,第一负载油口和第二负载油口分别与被试控制阀的控制油路相连接,模拟负载模块内设置节流阀,节流阀的两端通过油路分别与第一负载油口和第二负载油口相通,回油油路的另一端用于与被试控制阀的回油口连接。本发明的目的是提供一种体积小、能够模拟多种情况下检测液压绞盘控制阀反馈的测试装置。
