The invention relates to the field of hoisting equipment, and particularly discloses efficient hoisting equipment and a hoisting method thereof, which are used for loading of a multi-layer loading structure, and articles to be hoisted comprise a lower-layer article, a middle-layer article and an upper-layer article. Comprising a vertical rotating rod, a first rotating driving piece connected to the bottom of the rotating rod, a base connected to the bottom of the first rotating driving piece and a supporting frame connected with the base, and the rotating rod is sequentially connected with a lower-layer loading device, a middle-layer loading device and an upper-layer hoisting device from bottom to top; a main gear is arranged on the rotating rod between the middle-layer loading device and the upper-layer hoisting device; the lower-layer articles and the middle-layer articles can be driven to rotate and horizontally conveyed only through rotation of one rotating rod, the number of power components needed for horizontal conveying of the upper-layer articles is small, and the lower-layer articles can be automatically unhooked and transferred to the first conveying plate only through the first push plate and the first telescopic driving piece; and the second push plate and the second telescopic driving piece can realize automatic unhooking and transfer of the middle-layer articles to the second conveying plate.

    本发明涉及起吊设备领域,具体公开了一种高效起吊设备及其起吊方法,用于多层装货结构的装货,待起吊的物品包括下层物品、中层物品、上层物品,包括竖直的旋转杆、连接于旋转杆底部的第一旋转驱动件、连接于第一旋转驱动件底部的底座、连接底座的支撑架,旋转杆从下向上依次连接下层装货装置、中层装货装置以及上层吊装装置,旋转杆位于中层装货装置和上层吊装装置之间设有主齿轮;只需一个旋转杆旋转即可带动下层物品和中层物品的旋转和水平传输、上层物品的水平传输,所需的动力部件少,只需第一推板和第一伸缩驱动件即可实现下层物品的自动脱钩和转移至第一输送板,第二推板和第二伸缩驱动件即可实现中层物品的自动脱钩和转移至第二输送板。
