The invention discloses a mode-switchable tower crane rotation damping mechanism which comprises a suspension arm connecting mechanism, tower body connecting mechanisms, a driving motor, a multi-gear transmission mechanism, a gear shifting mechanism and a controller, the suspension arm connecting mechanism is rotationally connected with the tower body connecting mechanisms, the multi-gear transmission mechanism is arranged between the tower body connecting mechanisms, and the gear shifting mechanism is arranged between the tower body connecting mechanisms. The driving motor is connected with the multi-gear transmission mechanism, the gear shifting mechanism is connected with the multi-gear transmission mechanism, and the controller is connected with the driving motor and the gear shifting mechanism. According to the invention, the damping function of the tower crane during operation is realized, and the vibration energy is recovered and stored, so that the operation safety of the tower crane under various weather conditions is ensured, and the safety of the crane can be ensured under emergency conditions.

    本发明公开了一种模式可切换的塔式起重机回转减振机构,包括吊臂连接机构、塔身连接机构、驱动电机、多档位传动机构、换挡机构和控制器,吊臂连接机构与塔身连接机构转动连接,多档位传动机构设置于塔身连接机构之间吊臂连接机构,驱动电机与多档位传动机构连接,换挡机构与多档位传动机构连接,控制器与驱动电机和换挡机构连接。本发明实现塔式起重机作业时的减振功能,并回收振动能量进行存储,以保障塔式起重机在各种天气条件下的作业安全性,同时在应急情况下也能够保证起重机的安全性。
