The invention discloses a hoisting tool for mounting a rolling bearing, and belongs to the technical field of assembly tools. The hanging scaffold is a circular ring body with an L-shaped section, a rolling bearing is placed on a horizontal plate of the hanging scaffold, and the hanging scaffold is used for supporting an inner ring of the rolling bearing; the outer side of the rolling bearing outer ring is sleeved with a guide sleeve; the upper end face of the hanging scaffold is fixedly connected with the pressing plate, the upper end of the hanging scaffold is connected with the main hanging ring through a connecting mechanism, and a gradienter is arranged on the connecting mechanism. According to the invention, the risks that the bearing is clamped in the inner hole of the shell and the bearing and the shell are collided and damaged due to the inclination of the bearing when the rolling bearing is mounted are reduced, and meanwhile, the rolling bearing is suitable for mounting the bearing with larger and heavier outer diameter and the inner hole of the shell through smaller clearance fit. Meanwhile, the hanging scaffold with different sizes can be replaced according to the size of the installed rolling bearing, so that production and assembly are not limited by the size of the installed bearing any more.

    一种滚动轴承安装用吊装工装,属于装配工装技术领域。吊盘为截面为L型的圆环体,吊盘的水平板上放置有滚动轴承,吊盘用于支撑滚动轴承的内环;滚动轴承外环的外侧套装有导套;吊盘的上端面与压板固定连接,并且吊盘的上端通过连接机构与主吊环连接,连接机构上设有水平仪。本发明降低了滚动轴承安装时由于轴承倾斜所导致轴承卡滞在壳体内孔中以及轴承与壳体发生磕碰损伤的风险,同时适用于较大较重的轴承外径与壳体内孔通过较小的间隙配合安装。同时,可根据所安装滚动轴承的大小更换不同尺寸的吊盘,使得生产装配不再受限于所安装轴承的大小。
