According to the traction machine fixing structure for elevator installation and the construction method, through the arrangement of the installation beam, the T-shaped steel, the I-shaped steel, the supporting and buffering structure, the positioning structure, the transverse damping structure, the locking structure, the supporting piece and the arc-shaped plate, the installation space of a traction machine can be reduced as much as possible, an independent machine room does not need to be independently arranged, and the operation is convenient. The traction machine can be installed in an elevator shaft only by rotating the traction rope, the transverse acting force caused by pulling of the traction rope can be relieved, a certain buffering and damping effect is achieved, the firmness of the whole fixing structure is guaranteed, faults are reduced, and maintenance work is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种电梯安装用曳引机固定结构及施工方法,包括两个安装梁,两个所述安装梁相互平行布置,两个所述安装梁之间可拆卸安装有两个T型钢,所述安装梁与T型钢之间设置有托撑缓冲结构;两个所述T型钢上安装有两个平行布置的工字钢。本发明提出了一种电梯安装用曳引机固定结构及施工方法,通过设置的安装梁、T型钢、工字钢、托撑缓冲结构、定位结构、横向减震结构、锁紧结构、支撑件与弧形板,可以尽量的缩小曳引机的安装空间,无需独立的设置单独的机房,即可将曳引机安装在电梯井内,还可以减缓由于曳引绳拉扯造成的横向作用力,起到一定的缓冲减震的作用,确保整个固定结构的牢固性,减少故障,减少维修的工作。
