The power supply framework comprises a fuel cell main system, a fuel input system, an air input system, an engine bleed air system, an electric energy output system and an energy recovery system. The engine bleed system is used for leading high-temperature gas at an engine of an aircraft into the fuel input system and the air input system and used for heating aviation kerosene, water and air, the high-temperature gas of the engine of the aircraft is fully utilized to heat the aviation kerosene, the water and the air, and full utilization of energy is facilitated. And the electric energy output system is connected with the fuel cell main system and is used for outputting the electric energy of the fuel cell main system to be used by the airplane passenger cabin system. The energy recovery system is connected with the fuel cell main system and used for recovering tail gas generated by power generation of the fuel cell main system and converting the tail gas into mechanical energy, and full utilization of energy is achieved.
