The invention relates to the technical field of underwater vehicles, in particular to a load rejection device of an underwater vehicle. An underwater vehicle load rejection device comprises a front connecting frame, a rear connecting frame and a load rejection box, and touch rods are arranged on the front connecting frame and the rear connecting frame respectively. The load rejection box is located between the front connecting frame and the rear connecting frame, and a driving device used for driving the load rejection box to move is arranged on the front connecting frame and/or the rear connecting frame. A load rejection assembly, a first supporting seat and a load rejection block are arranged in the load rejection box, the load rejection assembly comprises a fixing seat, a second supporting seat, a transmission rod and a supporting seat tension spring, the second supporting seat can move on the fixing seat in the front-back direction, and the load rejection block is positioned and supported between the two supporting seats; the supporting seat tension spring is used for applying elastic acting force to the second supporting seat to force the second supporting seat to be away from the load rejection block; one end of the transmission rod is provided with a touch part, and the other end of the transmission rod is provided with a limiting part in limiting fit with the second supporting seat; the load rejection assembly further comprises a maintaining structure for maintaining the limiting part to be matched with the second supporting seat in a limiting mode.
