The invention discloses an arrangement method of anti-skid square steel and a ship. The arrangement method comprises the steps that first anti-skid square steel is arranged at the position, a certain distance away from a cabin wall, of the center line of a cabin inlet; secondly, the length of the anti-skid square steel is unified according to the actual requirement that two feet can tread at the same time; and finally, the anti-skid square steel is arranged by adopting an S-shaped arrangement route instead of a traditional one-row type anti-skid square steel arrangement, so that on the premise of meeting the use requirements of the anti-skid square steel in the cabin, the use amount of the anti-skid square steel is reduced, the installation difficulty is reduced, the length specification of the anti-skid square steel is unified, batch production is facilitated, and universality among projects with different aggregate distances is met. The length of the anti-skid square steel is unified, so that the anti-skid square steel can be universally used among various projects, and batch production, replacement and supplement can be realized. By means of the S-shaped route arrangement, the outfitting piece quantity of the anti-skid square steel can be reduced by half at most, and the manufacturing cost and the installation cost are reduced. In addition, the number of the anti-skid square steel is reduced, so that multiple blank spaces are generated in the cabin, and the difficulty of cabin cleaning by personnel is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种防滑方钢的布置方法和船舶,首先在舱室进口中心线距舱壁一定距离处布置第一条防滑方钢;其次根据双脚可以同时踩踏的实际要求,统一防滑方钢的长度;最后采用S型的布置路线布置防滑方钢,代替传统的一列式防滑方钢布置,在满足舱室内防滑方钢的使用要求的前提下,减少防滑方钢的使用物量,降低安装难度,统一防滑方钢的长度规格,便于批量生产,满足不同骨材间距项目间的通用。本发明统一了防滑方钢的长度,使其能在各项目间通用,可批量生产和替换补充。采用本发明中的S型路线布置,最多可减少了一半防滑方钢的舾装件物量,降低制造成本及安装成本。此外,防滑方钢的减少使得舱室内部产生多处留白,降低了人员清舱的难度。
