The embodiment of the invention provides an emergency stop and/or deduction method and system based on a self-reset button, and is applied to the technical field of rail transit. The method comprises the steps that the full-electronic interlocking responds to the fact that an emergency stop button and/or a vehicle buckling button is pressed down and low level is continuously received within first preset time, and an activation mark of the emergency stop button and/or the vehicle buckling button is set to be effective; in response to the fact that the emergency stop cancelling and/or vehicle deduction button is pressed down and the high level is continuously received within the second preset time, the emergency stop cancelling and/or vehicle deduction button activation mark is set to be valid and the emergency stop and/or vehicle deduction button activation mark is set to be invalid; and in response to the emergency stop cancelling and/or the automatic bounce of the button, setting the activation mark of the emergency stop cancelling and/or the button to be invalid. In this way, a worker does not need to take a special key to reset the emergency stop button and/or the car buckling button during recovery, and operation is easy and fast.
