The invention discloses a new energy automobile charging circuit board alarm system. According to the method, the CNN model and the BiLSTM model are fused to construct the model for predicting the charging data of the electric vehicle, the defect that a traditional LSTM model only considers a single historical factor is overcome, and the prediction precision of the model is improved. On the basis, the prediction data passes through a sliding window, the influence of wrong charging data on residual error change in the data transmission process is eliminated, a reasonable pre-alarm threshold value is set, and the charging state of the electric vehicle is monitored in real time. Experiments prove that the method can effectively send out a pre-alarm signal, take corresponding protection measures and reduce the car burning risk in the charging process of the electric car, so that the alarm accuracy is improved, meanwhile, an alarm module in the multi-stage alarm module is matched, an alarm can be given at the first time when a dangerous case occurs, the timeliness of subsequent processing is improved, and the safety of the electric car is improved. And the charging safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电电路板报警系统。本发明中,融合CNN模型和BiLSTM模型构建预测电动汽车充电数据的模型,克服了传统LSTM模型只考虑单一历史因素的缺点,提高了模型的预测精度。在此基础上,将预测数据通过滑动窗口,消除数据传输过程中错误充电数据对残差变化的影响,设定合理的预报警阈值,实时监测电动汽车充电状态。实验证明,该方法能够有效发出预报警信号,采取相应保护措施,减小电动汽车充电过程中的烧车风险,从而提高了报警的精确性,同时配合多级报警模块内部的报警模块,使得咋发生险情时可以第一时间报警,从而提高了后续处理的及时性,保证了充电的安全性。
