The invention discloses a battery protection system and an electric automobile, the battery protection system comprises a battery assembly and a damping structure, the damping structure is used for movably mounting the battery assembly below an automobile body in the vertical direction, the damping structure comprises a first mounting part, a second mounting part and an elastic part, the first mounting part is used for being fixedly connected with the automobile body, and the second mounting part is used for being fixedly connected with the automobile body; the second mounting part is fixedly connected with the battery assembly, and the elastic piece is arranged between the first mounting part and the second mounting part. When the battery assembly is subjected to bottom impact, the battery assembly is subjected to upward impact force, the elastic piece arranged between the first mounting part and the second mounting part is subjected to upward pressure to generate elastic deformation, large impact force directly acting on the battery pack can be absorbed, and the battery assembly can move upwards by a certain distance, so that the battery pack is prevented from being damaged. The interference amount between the battery protection system and an obstacle is reduced, so that the damage to the battery structure is avoided or reduced, and the battery protection system capable of reducing or dispersing huge impact on the bottom of the power battery is provided.

    本发明公开一种电池防护系统和电动汽车,电池防护系统包括电池组件和减震结构,减震结构用于将电池组件沿上下向可活动地安装于车身下方,减震结构包括第一安装部、第二安装部和弹性件,第一安装部用于与车身固定连接,第二安装部与电池组件固定连接,弹性件设于第一安装部和第二安装部之间。在电池组件受到底部冲击时,电池组件受到向上的冲击力,而设于第一安装部和第二安装部之间的弹性件受到向上的压力会产生弹性形变,可将直接作用于电池包上较大的冲击力进行吸收,并且电池组件能向上活动一端距离,与障碍物之间的干涉量减小,从而避免或减小电池结构的破坏,以提供一种能减少或分散对动力电池的底部产生巨大冲击的电池防护系统。
