The present invention relates to a blade-driven micro-pulverizing unit, comprising: a pipe connection body that provides a predetermined flow path to allow inflow and discharge of a fluid; a blade rotating body rotatably mounted on the flow path in the pipe connector; and a driver for rotatably driving the blade rotating body, in which the blade rotating body continuously applies a mechanical rotational impact to the fluid through high-speed rotation by including a multi-stacked blade portion having a plurality of gaps through which the fluid can pass, so that the fluid flowing into the interior is discharged to the outside through the gaps, therefore, microorganisms and the like contained in the fluid are effectively crushed and killed.
