The invention discloses a ship cable bridge design method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) making a cable bridge main path plan diagram; (2) setting a path number for each node on the cable bridge main path plan graph; (3) dividing the cable bridge into a plurality of sections according to a hull structure around the cable bridge, the segmentation lines and the branches of the cable bridge; (4) details of cables passing through the cable bridge are calculated, the total width needed by cable laying and binding is determined, the width and the number of layers of each section of cable bridge are calculated in combination with the surrounding environment, and then the type of the cable bridge is obtained; (5) mounting feet are designed for each section of cable bridge, so that the cable bridge can be directly welded on a ship body structure; and (6) marking detailed information of the number, the type, the material, the size and the installation stage of each section of cable bridge so as to facilitate manufacturing. The cable bridge is finely designed, the cable bridge can be installed only through direct welding on site, the installation is completed in one step, and time and labor are saved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶电缆桥架设计方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制定电缆桥架主路径计划图;(2)在电缆桥架主路径计划图上各个节点设定路径号;(3)根据电缆桥架周围船体结构、分段分割线以及电缆桥架分支,将电缆桥架分割成若干段;(4)对电缆桥架上经过的电缆明细进行计算,确定电缆铺设绑扎所需的总宽度,并结合周围环境计算出每段电缆桥架的宽度和层数,进而得到电缆桥架的型号;(5)对每段电缆桥架设计安装脚,使其能直接焊接在船体结构上;(6)标注每段电缆桥架的编号、类型、材质、尺寸以及安装阶段的详细信息,以便制作。本发明通过对电缆桥架进行精细化设计,现场只需直接焊接即可完成电缆桥架的安装,一步到位,省时省力。
