A hoisting construction method for a double-wall steel hoisting box cofferdam under a high tidal range comprises the steps that S1, firstly, a floating crane ship is used for hoisting and lowering a segmental steel cofferdam, and splicing and heightening are conducted; s2, the lowering device and a cofferdam top wall plate are welded; s3, the load borne by the floating crane ship is gradually removed, and meanwhile, the lowering device begins to bear part of the load of the cofferdam until first stress system conversion from the floating crane ship to the lowering device is completed; s4, a suspension system is installed, bottom sealing concrete is poured, and secondary stress system conversion from the lowering device to the suspension system is completed; and S5, a bottom plate anti-shear plate is installed, the suspension system is dismantled, the device is lowered, third-time stress system conversion from the suspension system to the anti-shear measure is completed, and finally bearing platform pouring is completed. The first stress system conversion is completed through the lowering device, the problem that a floating crane ship cannot guarantee effective welding of a rigid tension and compression rod due to water level fluctuation is solved, and the steel cofferdam is kept stable in the period of installing a suspension system device.

    一种高潮差下双壁钢吊箱围堰吊装施工方法,其步骤为:S1.首先利用浮吊船将分节钢围堰吊装下放、拼接接高;S2.将下放装置与围堰顶部壁板进行焊接;S3.逐步卸除浮吊船承担荷载,与此同时,下放装置开始承担围堰部分荷载,直至完成浮吊船到下放装置的第一次受力体系转换;S4.安装悬吊系统,浇筑封底混凝土,完成下放装置到悬吊系统的第二次受力体系转换;S5.安装底板抗剪板,拆除悬吊系统、下放装置,完成悬吊系统到抗剪措施的第三次受力体系转换,最后完成承台浇筑。本发明中利用下放装置完成第一次受力体系转换,解决了浮吊船由于水位波动无法保证刚性拉压杆有效焊接的问题,使钢围堰在安装悬吊系统装置期间保持稳定。
