The invention discloses a multi-hoisting-point self-balancing large concrete prefabricated column hoisting method which comprises the following steps: 1) hoisting points are arranged, and when a prefabricated column is manufactured on the ground, two main hoisting points and two tail hoisting points which are horizontally arranged are prefabricated on the prefabricated column; (2) cranes and rigging are arranged, one crane is a main crane, the other crane is a tail crane, the main crane and the tail crane both adopt balance beams, the balance beams stretch across the prefabricated columns, the lower portions of the two ends of each balance beam are each fixedly connected with a hanging frame, fixed pulleys are installed on the hanging frames, and the fixed pulleys are connected with the corresponding hanging points through hanging column steel wire ropes; (3) hoisting is conducted, specifically, firstly, two cranes hoist the prefabricated column at the same time, and the prefabricated column is lifted; then, a main lifting hook and a tail lifting hook are matched to lift and convey the prefabricated column to an upright state from a horizontal state; and then the tail crane is unhooked, the main crane rotates, and the prefabricated column is hoisted in place. According to the hoisting device, the large concrete prefabricated column can be smoothly erected from a horizontal prefabricated state and is hoisted, and the whole process is safe and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种多吊点自平衡大型混凝土预制柱吊装方法,采用以下步骤:1)设置吊点,在地面制作预制柱时,在预制柱上预制水平设置的2个主吊吊点和2个尾吊吊点;2)配置吊车和索具,配置两台吊车,其中一台为主吊,另一台为尾吊,主吊和尾吊均采用平衡梁,平衡梁横跨预制柱,在平衡梁的两端下方各自固接有一个挂架,在挂架上安装有定滑轮,定滑轮通过挂柱钢丝绳与对应吊点相连;3)吊装,首先两台吊车同时起吊,将预制柱抬起;然后主吊起钩,尾吊配合将预制柱由水平抬送至直立状态;再然后尾吊摘钩,主吊旋转,将预制柱吊装就位。本发明能够将大型混凝土预制柱从水平的预制状态顺滑的直立起来并完成吊装,整个过程安全可靠。
