The invention discloses a spaceflight foot fixator which aims at solving the problem that an astronaut needs to overcome the microgravity suspension effect to stably stand in all directions when completing some operation activities in a space station and can simulate a foot sole force exerting fixing mode that the human is habitually standing on the ground, increase the fixing direction and expand the fixing function. The fixator is composed of a foot hook, a shoe cover and a pedal, the foot hook is composed of a hook, a liner and a protective ring and is of an integrated structure with the shoe cover, and the pedal is of a double-layer hollow structure, is composed of a grid plate, a ground mat and a frame and is embedded and fixed on a floor in a cabin. When the shoe cover is used, a user wears the shoe cover, treads the heel downwards and backwards towards the pedal, and then the foot hook can be inserted into the hole of the grid plate and is hooked on the pedal to fix the foot. The foot fixator and the foot fixing method have the advantages that the heels can be steadily stood on one station in the cabin in all directions for operation and fitness activities, and the foot fixator and the foot fixing method which are higher in adaptability and stability are provided for enhancing the flexibility and the functionality of the foot fixator.
