The invention relates to an aircraft air conditioning system maintenance detection device, which is characterized in that an engine detection module emits sound waves, the sound waves are detected by a pipeline detection module, collected signals are analyzed and processed in a main controller, and a diagnosis result of whether an air conditioner is damaged is obtained; the physical health state of the air conditioning system can be accurately judged, whether physical damage exists or not is accurately judged, accuracy is high, and the detection method is simple. Meanwhile, temperature parameters of an engine, a pipeline and a cab are detected respectively, so that the working health index of the air conditioning system is judged; the cab safety index is detected by detecting cab air components when the air conditioner works. The working efficiency of the air conditioner during working and the safety index of a cockpit can be well analyzed, and it is guaranteed that no danger is generated when a qualified airplane executes a task.

    本发明涉及一种飞机空调系统维修检测装置,发动机检测模块发出声波,被管路检测模块检测,采集的信号在主控制器中分析处理,获得空调是否存在损伤的诊断结果;可以准确判断空调系统的物理健康状态,准确判断是否存在物理损伤,准确度高,检测方法简单。同时分别检测发动机处、管路处和驾驶室的温度参数,从而判断空调系统工作健康指数;通过检测空调工作时驾驶室空气成分,从而检测驾驶室安全指数。可以很好的分析空调在工作时的工作效率和驾驶舱的安全指数,保证检测合格的飞机不会再执行任务时产生危险。
