The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation structure impact mechanical experiments, and relates to a fuselage cylinder section dampening impact scaling test method, which comprises the following steps: designing a test piece which is scaled down with a full-size fuselage cylinder section, determining a structural design proportion, and respectively arranging sensors and designing cameras in and around the test piece and a transparent water tank; after it is determined that the posture and height of the test piece meet the test requirements, the lifting and putting control cabinet controls the lifting and putting device to release the test piece; obtaining the dampening impact response of the test piece after dampening through the sensors and the cameras; and calculating a corresponding mapping relation between the test piece and the full-size fuselage cylinder section dampening impact according to the scaling, and calculating the dampening impact response of the full-size fuselage cylinder section according to the mapping relation. The advantages of small scale and small risk of the scaling test are fully exerted, the test piece is small in size and light in weight, hoisting loading can be carried out through a simple nylon rope, a test loading device is simple, and the test cost is low.
