The invention discloses a hydraulic suspension of a two-stage vibration isolation structure, and belongs to the technical field of automobile suspensions.The hydraulic suspension comprises an automobile body support, a main spring assembly and a lining assembly, the main spring assembly is installed in the automobile body support in a pressed mode and comprises a vulcanized main spring, a runner assembly and a bottom film buckle plate, and a supporting arm is installed in the main spring assembly in a pressed mode; the lining assembly is installed between the vehicle body support and the vehicle body in a pressing mode, before the main spring assembly is installed in the vehicle body support in a pressing mode, the supporting arm needs to be installed in a pressing mode, the main spring assembly is assembled before the supporting arm is installed in a pressing mode, and then the lining assembly is installed in a pressing mode. The bushings of the right framework and the left framework of the vehicle body are in hard connection in a mode that the upper sides and the lower sides of the bushings are pressed in, when the space around the rear framework of the vehicle body is very small, the third bushing can be pressed in from the upper portion, and when excitation of an engine or excitation generated by a road surface causes vibration or noise of the vehicle frame or the vehicle body. In this way, the lining assembly between the vehicle body support and the vehicle body can well achieve the secondary vibration isolation effect, and the driving feeling is improved.

    本发明公开了一种二级隔振结构的液压悬置,属于汽车悬置技术领域,包括车身支架、主簧组件和衬套组件,车身支架内压装有主簧组件,主簧组件包括硫化主簧、流道组件和底膜扣板,主簧组件内压装有托臂,车身支架与车身之间压装有衬套组件,将主簧组件压装进车身支架之前需先压装托臂,压装托臂之前将主簧组件组装完成,然后压装衬套组件,为了压装工艺和车身支架隔振的实现,车身右侧骨架和左侧骨架的衬套采用上下两边分别压入为硬连接,当车身的后骨架周围空间很小时,可从上方压入第三衬套,当发动机的激励或者路面产生的激励引起车架或者车身的振动或噪声,车身支架与车身之间的衬套组件就能很好地起到二级隔振的效果,提升驾乘感受。
