According to the train hardware platform based on fusion of the ATO and the TCMS, a hardware processor, a communication board, an input board, an output board card and a power board are deeply fused into integrated equipment, the boundary of the ATO, the TCMS and an AOM is eliminated, and after fusion, a single case adopts dual-power redundant power supply; on the basis of fusion, the VCU function module of the TCMS is subjected to security level division, the function module with the SIL2 security level is divided to the main control board, and the function module with the SIL0 security level is divided to the cooperative control board, that is, the security function is operated on the main control board, and the non-security function is operated on the cooperative control board. SIL2 level authentication work of a non-security function part module is reduced, and resources are saved; after the ATO and the TCMS are fused, non-safe input and output (general IO) of a signal system can be canceled, and then collection or output is carried out through vehicle subsystems such as RIOM and LCU; and under the condition that the safety level is ensured, nodes and vehicle wiring are reduced after fusion, and the fault rate is reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于ATO和TCMS融合的列车硬件平台,将硬件处理器、通信板、输入板、输出板卡以及电源板进行深度融合成为一体化设备,消除了ATO、TCMS、AOM的边界,融合后单个机箱采用双电源冗余供电;在融合的基础上对TCMS的VCU功能模块进行安全等级划分,将SIL2安全等级的功能模块划分至主控板上,将SIL0安全等级的功能模块划分至协控板上,即安全功能运行于主控板,非安全功能运行于协控板,较之直接将TCMS和ATO集成,减少了非安全功能部分模块的SIL2等级认证工作,节约了资源;ATO与TCMS融合后,信号系统的非安全输入输出(通用IO)可以取消,进而通过车辆子系统如RIOM、LCU进行采集或输出;在保证安全等级的情况下,融合后减少了节点和车辆布线,降低了故障率。
