According to the electric excavator battery replacement control method based on the electric excavator battery replacement system, electric excavator high-voltage state monitoring and electric control lock catch state monitoring are completed before battery replacement, a new falling electric box is leveled through a leveling device in the battery replacement process, and the situation that the electric box inclines and is clamped is avoided; according to the electric box falling position control device, the requirement of the electric excavator for the electric changing environment is lowered, the electric box can be replaced on site at any time under multiple working conditions of the electric excavator, and the convenience and accuracy of the electric changing operation are improved.

    本发明提供一种电动挖掘机换电系统及其控制方法,其中,电动挖掘机换电系统包括一键换电开关、位置传感器、电控锁扣、连接检测器、调平装置;一键换电开关、位置传感器、电控锁扣、调平装置分别与整车控制器VCU连接,整车控制器VCU通过连接检测器与电箱连接。基于该电动挖掘机换电系统的电动挖掘机换电控制方法,在换电前完成电动挖掘机高压状态监测与电控锁扣状态监测,换电过程中采用调平装置对下落中的新电箱进行调平,避免电箱倾斜卡位;换电后通过连接检测器检测接通信号与位移传感器确认,来确保电箱下落位置的准确,本发明降低电动挖掘机对换电环境的要求,实现电动挖掘机多工况下随时就地更换电箱,提高换电操作方便性与准确性。
