The battery pack cut-off unit comprises a positive electrode high-voltage control box and a negative electrode high-voltage control box, and the negative electrode high-voltage control box and the positive electrode high-voltage control box are assembled. The anode high-voltage control box is provided with a plurality of anode high-voltage terminals, the cathode high-voltage control box is provided with a plurality of cathode high-voltage terminals, and the plurality of cathode high-voltage terminals are correspondingly and electrically connected with the plurality of anode high-voltage terminals. The battery pack charging and discharging control circuit comprises a battery pack, a controller, a high-voltage charging power supply and the battery pack cut-off unit. The battery pack cut-off unit is high in generalization, few in electrical parts, low in cost and more in use scenes.
