The whole vehicle controller and the motor controller are combined into one set of hardware, so that the hardware cost of wiring harnesses, structural members, chips and the like is saved; compared with the prior art, a CAN bus between the whole vehicle controller and the motor controller and a communication module in software are canceled, communication is performed directly through function interface assignment, the probability of communication faults between the whole vehicle controller and the motor controller is reduced, meanwhile, the unpacking and packing process of CAN communication is omitted, the development workload of the software is reduced, and the development efficiency is improved.
