The present invention provides a hydrogenated diene polymer having a branching degree (Bn) of 1.5 or more as determined by a viscosity detector-equipped GPC-light scattering measurement method. When the composition ratios (mol%) of a structural unit represented by formula (1), a structural unit represented by formula (2), a structural unit represented by formula (3), and a structural unit represented by formula (4) are respectively set as a, b, c, and d in this order, the following mathematical formula (S) is satisfied, and the hydrogenation rate is 40-85%.
