The invention discloses a pipeline non-excavation type repairing method which comprises the steps that middle guide pipe sections are installed in a pipeline one by one through an in-pipe hoisting mechanism, each middle guide pipe section is arranged on a pipeline lining through two supporting legs, and the adjacent middle guide pipe sections are sequentially connected to form a middle guide pipe; water flow is introduced into the middle guide pipe, so that a dry bin environment is formed in the pipeline; the in-pipe hoisting mechanism is moved to a middle guide pipe joint corresponding to the to-be-repaired lining of the pipeline; a middle guide pipe joint corresponding to the to-be-repaired lining of the pipeline is supported through an in-pipe hoisting mechanism, and a supporting leg corresponding to the middle guide pipe joint is dismounted; the lining, to be repaired, of the pipeline is repaired; the dismantled supporting legs are installed back to the original position again; the in-pipe hoisting mechanism is moved to the position of a middle guide pipe joint corresponding to the next lining to be repaired of the pipeline, operation is repeated till the lining of the whole pipeline is repaired, and non-excavation type repairing of the lining of the pipeline can be achieved by arranging the in-pipe hoisting mechanism.
本发明公开了一种管道非开挖式修复方法,包括:在管道内通过一管内吊装机构逐一安装中导管管节,每根中导管管节通过两根支腿设置于管道内衬上,相邻的中导管管节之间依次连接形成中导管;将水流引入中导管中,使得管道内部形成干仓环境;将管内吊装机构移动至管道待修复的内衬对应的中导管管节处;通过管内吊装机构承托所述管道待修复内衬处对应的中导管管节,拆除所述中导管管节对应的支腿;对所述管道待修复的内衬进行修复;将拆除的支腿,重新装回原处;将管内吊装机构移动至管道下一个待修复的内衬对应的中导管管节处,重复操作,直至整个管道的内衬修复完毕,通过设置管内吊装机构,可以实现管道内衬的非开挖式修复。
