The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering drills, and discloses an engineering driller mechanical-hydraulic hybrid power transmission device and a control method thereof, and the engineering driller mechanical-hydraulic hybrid power transmission device comprises an engine, a mechanical transmission flow and a hydraulic transmission flow; an output shaft of the engine is provided with a small belt wheel and is connected to the double pump through a coupling, so that one-driving-two starting of the engine is realized, and the output power of the engine is maximized; the mechanical transmission flow comprises a transmission mechanism of a belt transmission mechanism, a three-jaw chuck, a speed change gear box, a first reversing gear box, a second reversing gear box, a mast gear box and a power head gear box; the hydraulic transmission flow is used for supplying liquid to an executing mechanism of the drilling machine through hydraulic energy output by the double pump. The mechanical transmission process does not involve energy form conversion, hydraulic transmission has the advantages of being large in power ratio density, stable in transmission and good in stepless speed regulation performance, efficiency maximization of the engineering driller is achieved, the problem that a hydraulic system is low in efficiency is solved, energy and power are further saved, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明属于工程钻机技术领域,公开了一种工程钻机机液复合动力传递装置及其控制方法,包括发动机、机械传动流和液压传动流;发动机输出轴上安装有小带轮和通过联轴器连接于双联泵,用于实现发动机一拖二启动,实现发动机输出功率的最大化;机械传动流包含了皮带传动机构、三爪卡盘、变速齿轮箱、第一换向齿轮箱、第二换向齿轮箱、桅杆齿轮箱和动力头齿轮箱的传动机构;液压传动流用于利用双联泵输出液压能给钻机的执行机构供液。本发明机械传动过程不涉及能量形式转变,液压传动具有功率比密度大,传动平稳,无极调速性能好的优点,实现工程钻机的效率最大化,弥补液压系统效率低的问题,进一步节约能源和动力,降低施工的成本。
