A sliding table is glidingly arranged on a lower seat of a base; a main winch, a vice winch and an impact winch are arranged at one side of the sliding table; a rotary table is arranged at the other side of the sliding table; a drill tower is hinged with a drill tower support on the lower seat; one end of an oil cylinder is connected with an orifice plate on the sliding table, and the other end of the oil cylinder is connected with an orifice plate on the drill tower; a wire cable wound on a drill tower pulley block is retracted and released by the main winch, the vice winch and the impact winch to lift a drill tool on a drive stem; the drive stem and the drill tool are driven to rotate through the rotation of the rotary table; a speed changing box of a power transmission system is capable of outputting power in two ways; the power of the first way is transmitted to the main winch and the vice winch through gears by one of two transmission lines for the first way of the power, and is transmitted to the impact winch through sprockets by the other transmission line for the power of the first way; the power of the second way is transmitted to the rotary table through a speed reducer and a cardan shaft.
