The invention discloses a composite material, a battery box and an automobile, the composite material is used for the battery box of the electric automobile, and the composite material comprises the following raw materials by mass fraction: 50%-60% of carbon fiber cloth, 10%-15% of aramid fiber cloth, 8%-12% of ceramic, and 20%-30% of epoxy resin matrix.
