According to the synchronous jacking method and device based on micropore airflow flow control, synchronous lifting of the jacking mechanism can be achieved through airflow control, and inclination of the measuring platform is avoided. The jacking structure is innovatively designed, jacking is achieved through ventilation of the air cylinder, compared with a motor control means, the cost is low, control is easy, and due to the fact that the throttling orifice plate is introduced, the synchronism of different jacking mechanisms during ascending or descending is further improved through control over micropore airflow. The synchronous jacking method based on micropore airflow flow control is achieved through the device, throttling orifice plates with the same flow are arranged at air cylinder inlets of all jacking structures, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the air inlet pressure is consistent, the ascending speed is consistent by controlling the air inlet amount, and then synchronous jacking is achieved.

    本发明提出了基于微孔气流流量控制的同步顶升方法和装置,能够通过气流控制实现顶升机构同步升起,避免测量平台出现倾斜。本发明对顶升结构进行了创新设计,通过气缸通气实现顶升,与电机控制手段相比,成本低而且容易控制,并且由于节流孔板引入,通过微孔气流的控制进一步提高了不同顶升机构上升或下降时的同步性。本发明的基于微孔气流流量控制的同步顶升方法,利用本明装置实现,在所有顶升结构的气缸入口处都设有相同流量的节流孔板,同时保证进气气压一致,通过控制进气量实现上升速度一致,进而实现同步顶升。
