The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace, in particular to a locking slow-release mechanism driven by a shape memory material. A locking slow-release mechanism driven by a shape memory material is applied to a to-be-connected plate on a satellite, a through hole is preset in the to-be-connected plate, the slow-release mechanism comprises a bolt, a shape memory ring and a nut, the bolt sequentially penetrates through the through hole, the shape memory ring and the nut, and the shape memory ring comprises a first shape and a second shape. The first shape and the second shape are hollow cylinders, and the first shape is higher than the second shape; on the ground, the shape memory circular ring is in a first shape, the two to-be-connected plates are in an over-constrained state through cooperation of the bolts, the shape memory circular ring and the nuts, and after a satellite arrives at an orbit, the shape memory circular ring deforms into a second shape, so that the over-constrained state between the two to-be-connected plates is eliminated. The embodiment of the invention provides a locking slow-release mechanism driven by a shape memory material, and the locking slow-release mechanism can release an over-constrained connecting plate after a satellite operates stably.

    本发明涉及航空航天技术领域,特别涉及一种形状记忆材料驱动的锁紧缓释机构。一种形状记忆材料驱动的锁紧缓释机构,应用于卫星上的待连接板,待连接板预设有贯穿孔,缓释结构包括螺栓、形状记忆圆环和螺母,螺栓依次穿过贯穿孔形状记忆圆环和螺母,形状记忆圆环包括第一形状和第二形状,第一形状和第二形状均为中空圆柱形,第一形状的高度高于第二形状的高度;在地面时,形状记忆圆环为第一形状,通过螺栓、形状记忆圆环和螺母的配合使两个待连接板之间为过约束状态,当卫星到达轨道后,形状记忆圆环变形为第二形状,消除两个待连接板之间的过约束状态。本发明实施例提供了一种形状记忆材料驱动的锁紧缓释机构,能够在卫星稳定运行后,释放过约束的连接板。
