The first shape and the second shape are hollow cylinders, and the first shape is higher than the second shape; on the ground, the shape memory circular ring is in a first shape, the two to-be-connected plates are in an over-constrained state through cooperation of the bolts, the shape memory circular ring and the nuts, and after a satellite arrives at an orbit, the shape memory circular ring deforms into a second shape, so that the over-constrained state between the two to-be-connected plates is eliminated. The embodiment of the invention provides a locking slow-release mechanism driven by a shape memory material, and the locking slow-release mechanism can release an over-constrained connecting plate after a satellite operates stably.
