The floating type offshore photovoltaic structure provided by the invention has the characteristics of strong wind and wave resistance and ice resistance under severe sea conditions, and also has the capability of sitting on the bottom so as to be suitable for a sea area which is large in shallow water tidal range and easy to sit on beaches, the structural reliability is improved, the structural movement stability is ensured, and the risk is further reduced.
