According to the gear switching control mechanism of the internal transmission, the internal transmission comprises more than two layers of planetary gear transmission systems, and shaft pawls arranged between sun gears of all the layers of planetary gear transmission systems and wheel shafts of the internal transmission are jointly controlled by the same gear switching control mechanism. The gear switching control mechanism comprises a track sleeve and shaft pawl control rings which are connected to the track sleeve in series, the number of the shaft pawl control rings is the same as that of the planetary gear speed change systems, and the shaft pawl control rings can control shaft pawl switches of the corresponding planetary gear speed change systems respectively. The shaft pawl control rings are respectively provided with cams or cam-like structures with different actuating angle ranges; by means of the rotation of the track sleeve, the shaft pawl control rings which are linked in series respectively control the shaft pawl switches of the corresponding planetary gear speed change systems, so that the defect that a traditional inner transmission only provided with a double-layer planetary gear speed change system is prone to pause during gear shifting is overcome. And the beneficial effects that the gear switching control mechanism is simple in structure and light in operation torsion are achieved.

    一种内变速器的挡位切换控制机构,内变速器包含两层以上行星齿轮变速系统,各层行星齿轮变速系统的太阳齿轮与内变速器的轮轴之间分别设置的轴棘爪共同接受同一个挡位切换控制机构控制,挡位切换控制机构包含轨道套筒及串置连动在轨道套筒上的数量与行星齿轮变速系统数量相同且能各自控制对应行星齿轮变速系统的轴棘爪开关的轴棘爪控制环,各轴棘爪控制环分别设有作动角度范围互不相同的凸轮或类凸轮结构;借轨道套筒转动,以完成串置连动的各轴棘爪控制环分别控制对应的各行星齿轮变速系统的轴棘爪开关,以解决传统仅具备双层行星齿轮变速系统的内变速器在换挡时易产生顿速的缺点,并达到挡位切换控制机构结构简易、操作扭力轻省的有益效果。
