The invention discloses a motor controller power management system for an electric vehicle. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted small battery, a power battery, a DC-LINK acquisition circuit unit, an inverter PFC unit, a DC-LINK power supply circuit unit and a single voltage network unit. The two paths are used for acquiring high voltage, realizing voltage acquisition estimation, voltage division control and alternating current rectification PFC of a high-voltage bus, and adjusting an output load coefficient; meanwhile, when the power is in a dynamic state and is corresponding to abnormity or braking, energy can be recovered into an energy storage capacitor through the function of the PFC unit of the inverter according to the current requirement, and the power is output to a 12V system through the step-down conversion control unit to serve as low-voltage operation power supply, so that low-voltage stable power supply can be ensured in a short time of power failure, and the service life of the system is prolonged. And the output load is accurately controlled to orderly turn off enable and output open tube. According to the management system, an extra standby power supply is not needed, short-time energy storage and energy transfer can be achieved through inverter PFC control, the manufacturing cost of a single piece is reduced, and the reliability and safety of a product are improved.

    本发明揭示了一种电动汽车用电机控制器电源管理系统,系统包括车载小电池、动力电池、DC‑LINK采集电路单元、逆变器PFC单元、DC‑LINK供电电路单元和单体电压网络单元;两种路径获取高压的采集,实现对高压母线电压采集估算、分压控制及交流整流PFC并可调整输出负载系数;同时在动态时对应于出现的异常或制动时,可以根据当前需要选择通过逆变器PFC单元功能实现能量回收至储能电容中,通过降压转换控制单元输出给12V系统作为低压运行供电,保证在断电短时内可以保证低压稳定供电,精准控制输出负载有序关断使能及输出开管。本发明管理系统不需要借助额外的备用电源,通过逆变器PFC控制可以实现短时储能及能量的传递,降低了单件制造成本并提升了产品的可靠性和安全性。
