A self-correcting bead pressure locking mechanism comprises a first body, an upper cylinder is arranged on the upper portion of the first body, a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall of the upper cylinder, and lock beads are arranged in the through holes; a lock shaft is axially arranged in the upper cylinder body in a penetrating manner; the lock head abuts against the inner side of the lock bead. A lock neck is arranged at the lower part of the lock head; a lock sleeve is arranged outside the upper cylinder body; the inner wall of the lock sleeve is provided with a lock groove matched with the lock bead in shape and size. The lock shaft is installed in the first body in a threaded connection mode. The connecting position of the lock neck and the lock head is an annular inclined face or an annular curved face transition with the circumferential side inclining upwards. And when the upper cylinder body and the lock sleeve are axially pressed, the lock bead deviates upwards relative to the lock groove. When the lock shaft is tensioned, the lock balls which deviate upwards and downwards are forcibly pressed into the reference positions of the lock grooves, correction of a locomotive assembling assembly within a certain error range is achieved, and the first body installed and fixed at the vehicle-mounted battery pack end can be more accurately assembled with the lock sleeve.

    本发明涉及一种自校正式珠压锁合机构及车辆,属于车辆连接技术领域。一种自校正式珠压锁合机构,包括第一本体,其上部设有上筒体,且上筒体侧壁上形成有若干通孔,通孔内设有锁珠;上筒体内轴向穿设锁轴;锁头抵在锁珠内侧;锁头下部设有锁颈;上筒体外部设有锁套;锁套内壁设有与锁珠外形尺寸适配的锁槽。锁轴以螺纹连接方式安装在第一本体内。锁颈与锁头连接位置为周侧向上倾斜的环形斜面或环形曲面过渡。上筒体与锁套轴向压合时,锁珠相对于锁槽向上偏移。拉紧锁轴时,向上偏移和向下偏移的锁珠均被强制压入锁槽的基准位置,实现对一定误差范围内的机车装配总成校正,使得车载电池包端安装固定的第一本体能够更精确与锁套装配。
