According to the vehicle sunroof control method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the recognition result of the head action is obtained by performing image analysis on the human body behavior of the person in the vehicle, so that accurate data support is provided for the control of the vehicle sunroof, and the intelligent control process of the vehicle is promoted.
