The invention discloses a self-adaptive limiting method and device for the torque of a permanent magnet motor and an electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a deviation value is calculated; wherein the deviation value is the deviation between the actual measurement value of the voltage, the current or the temperature and a set threshold value, and the deviation value of the actually measured physical quantity is converted into the current actual available torque limit value after PI adjustment is carried out on the deviation value according to the deviation value. According to the method, the problem of derating regulation and control of the torque of the permanent magnet motor is effectively solved or improved to a certain extent, the damage to a power device caused by overload of the output torque is avoided, the situation that a derating parameter table is obtained through multiple tests by adopting an offline method is avoided, good portability is achieved, and the regulation and control efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种永磁电机转矩的自适应限制方法、装置及电动汽车,包括计算偏差值;其中偏差值为电压、电流或温度的实际测量值与设定的阈值之间的偏差,根据偏差值对实测物理量的偏差值进行PI调节后转换为当前实际可利用转矩限值。本发明有效解决或在一定程度上改善了永磁电机转矩的降额调控问题,避免了因输出转矩过载造成对功率器件的损害,避免了采用离线方法通过多次测试来获取降额参数表,具有较好的可移植性,提高了调控效率。
