The invention discloses an oil cooling wheel hub motor with a main shaft as an oil cooling channel. The wheel hub motor comprises the main shaft, an inner rotor, an outer rotor, a stator and a shaft end blocking cover. The shaft end blocking cover and the inner rotor rotate along with the main shaft; the main shaft is a hollow shaft with a hollow oil duct, and the hollow oil duct is communicated with the rotor oil way, so that external oil can enter the rotor oil way through the hollow oil duct; a rotor oil path is arranged in the body of the inner rotor; an annular oil path is arranged in the body of the stator; the outer side of the stator is in threaded connection with an oil storage tank cover, so that an oil storage cavity is formed between the oil storage tank cover and the stator, and an oil outlet in the bottom of the oil storage cavity is communicated with an external oil tank; an external oil supply loop is powered by an oil pump, oil returns to an oil tank after passing through a hollow oil duct of the spindle, a rotor oil way, a stator oil way and an oil storage cavity, and oil cooling circulation is formed. According to the invention, the heat dissipation efficiency of the hub motor is effectively improved, and the hub motor is of great significance to lightweight and controllable realization of the hub motor.

    本发明公开了一种以主轴为油冷通道的油冷却轮毂电机,轮毂电机包括主轴、内转子、外转子、定子和轴端挡盖;轴端挡盖和内转子随主轴转动;设置主轴是具有中空油道的空心轴,中空油道与转子油路连通,使外部油液能够通过中空油道进入转子油路;在内转子的本体中设置转子油路;在定子的本体中设置环形油路;在定子的外侧通过螺纹连接安装储油箱盖,使得在储油箱盖与定子之间形成储油腔,在储油腔的底部出油口与外部油箱相连通;外部供油回路由油泵提供动力,将油液经主轴的中空油道、转子油路、定子油路和储油腔后回油箱,形成油冷却循环。本发明有效提高了轮毂电机散热效率,对轮毂电机轻量化、可控化的实现具有重要意义。
