The invention discloses a highway congestion identification method based on ETC transaction data. A section data set is constructed on the basis of ETC trajectory data. Three data dimensions are constructed after the traffic characteristics of the expressway are analyzed, data weighting is carried out by using an analytic hierarchy process, and finally, evaluation and scoring are carried out by combining section labels and fuzzy evaluation, so that the completeness and accuracy of the congestion section are ensured. According to the method, the problem of congestion misjudgment of partial sections is avoided to a great extent, and a certain degree of data support and auxiliary decision making are provided for relieving the highway congestion problem.
本发明公开一种基于ETC交易数据的高速公路拥堵识别方法,基于ETC轨迹数据的基础上构造了区段数据集。分析高速公路的交通特性后构造了三种数据维度,并运用层次分析法进行了数据加权,最终将区段标签和模糊评价相结合进行评估得分,保证了拥堵区段的完整性和准确性。本发明很大层次上避免部分区段的拥堵误判问题,为缓解高速公路拥堵问题提供一定程度的数据支持和辅助决策。
