The device comprises a frame, two crawler walking units, an ore temporary storage box, a jet flow collecting device, a rolling mechanism, a sealing box and an electric control system, and the two crawler walking units are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame. A first adjusting mechanism and a second adjusting mechanism are arranged in the sealing box, the two rolling mechanisms are symmetrically arranged left and right, and the second adjusting mechanism can drive the rolling mechanisms to ascend and descend. The crawler walking unit comprises a crawler beam, a rubber synchronous belt and a crawler chain, the rubber synchronous belt is sleeved with the crawler chain, and an annular air channel is formed in the rubber synchronous belt and communicated with the air bags on the two sides of crawler teeth. The rolling mechanism firstly rolls seafloor thin and soft sediments preliminarily, the air bags arranged on the two sides of the crawler teeth deform so that the thin and soft sediments can fall off rapidly, and the water-ripple-shaped plating layer can reduce adhesion, eliminate remaining of the thin and soft sediments on the crawler belt and avoid slipping.

    本发明公开一种具有减黏及防打滑功能的深海采矿车,涉及深海采矿技术领域。其包括车架、履带行走单元、矿石暂存箱、射流采集装置、滚压机构、密封箱及电控系统,履带行走单元有两个,对称设在车架左右两侧。密封箱的内部设有第一调节机构和第二调节机构,滚压机构有两个且左右对称布置,第二调节机构可驱动滚压机构升降。履带行走单元包括履带梁、橡胶同步带及履带链条,履带链条套设在橡胶同步带外侧,橡胶同步带内部具有环形气道,与履齿两侧的气囊相通。发明的滚压机构先将海底稀软沉积物初步碾压,履齿两侧配置有气囊变形可使于稀软沉积物快速脱落,水波纹形状的镀层有减少黏附,消除稀软沉积物在履带上的存留,避免打滑。
