The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, and discloses a sliding plug door transmission mechanism for railway vehicles, which comprises a top assembly and a door leaf, the top assembly comprises a protective cover, a slideway, door frame strips and a piston rod, the slideway is mounted in the protective cover, and the door frame strips are mounted on two sides of the protective cover; a first movable connecting base and a door connecting piece are installed on the side portion of the door leaf, a door carrying frame and a C-shaped linkage piece are installed on the side portion of the sliding way in a sliding mode, a linkage rod is hinged between the door connecting piece and the door carrying frame, a first crank arm is hinged to the side portion of the door frame strip, a piston rod is hinged to the upper side of the first crank arm, and the end portion of the piston rod is hinged to the C-shaped linkage piece. A first rotating shaft is rotationally installed at the end of the first crank arm, the bottom end of the first rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the first movable connecting base, the first crank arm and the second crank arm operate at the same time, namely, the first movable connecting base and the second movable connecting base are stressed at the same time, and supporting points are distributed up and down, so that stress is more uniform; and the use quality of the sliding plug door and the operation stability of the railway vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,且公开了一种用于轨道车辆的塞拉门传动机构,包括顶部组件和门扇,顶部组件包括保护罩、滑道、门框条和活塞杆,滑道安装在保护罩内部,门框条安装在保护罩的两侧,门扇侧部安装有第一活动连接座和连门片,滑道的侧部滑动安装有携门架和C型联动片,连门片与携门架之间铰接有连动杆,门框条侧部铰接有第一曲臂,活塞杆铰接在第一曲臂上侧,活塞杆的端部与C型联动片铰接,第一曲臂的端部转动安装有第一转轴,第一转轴的底端与第一活动连接座转动连接,第一曲臂和第二曲臂同时运行,即第一活动连接座和第二活动连接座同时受力,本方案支撑点上下分布,受力更均,提高了塞拉门的使用质量和轨道车辆的运行稳定。
